Refund policy

Every purchase is a final sale, unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we may be able to offer a refund or exchange. We must be notified by email hello@assietteceramics.com the same day of the arrival of the shipping. Please keep the package exactly as you received it. 

We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted before by email. 

Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes and for all return shipping costs.

When we receive your order and check everything is correct we will refund your money or exchange the product. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@assietteceramics.com.
